The Homework Series Metal is based on the mighty Boss HM-2.

vol - Controls the overall output volume

blend - Controls the balance of distorted signal to dry signal. Turn clockwise for more distortion signal, turn counterclockwise for more dry signal.

dist. - Controls the amount of distortion applied to the effect.

low - Controls the tone around the 90hz frequency range.

mid - Controls the tone around the 1000hz frequency range.

high - Controls the tone around the 1200hz frequency range.

The Boss HM-2 doesn't have a mids control but the same frequency adjustment is tied to the 'H' control. For a standard 'HM-2' sound, simply move the mid control and the high control to the same setting.

This pedal also features relay based soft-touch true bypass switching that will default to BYPASS when disconnected from power.

Powered by 9V DC, centre negative, 2.1mm connection with a current draw of 30mA.
