Homework Series Fuzz

Based on the iconic five knob fuzz with a few personal touches, this pedal can cover an extremely wide range of sounds due to the sheer number of options. Made with NOS germanium transistors for that vintage flavour.

Each pedal is hand built and screen printed by me in Winnipeg and comes in a bag and box that are also screen printed by me.

Controls Overview:

VOL - Sets the overall output volume.

STAB - Controls the bias voltage to the transistors. When its all the way up it gets the full 9v, anything less than that and it will oscillate but DON'T PANIC! That's part of the fun, use the gate and comp controls to be able to cut them off. You can also use the other controls to adjust the pitch of the oscillation. This knob will also change how the other controls work, so experimentation is highly encouraged!

DRIVE - Sets the overall gain from the transistors.

GATE - Sets the cutoff of the sustain. Turn it up to create glitchy velcro fuzz type sounds.

TONE - A passive Lowpass filter, turning it to the right reduces the high end in the sound.

COMP - Softens the attack of your notes as it increases.

BODY - Blends between two capacitor values that set low end harmonics. Fully left is lots of BODY, fully right is no BODY.

This pedal also features relay based soft-touch true bypass switching that will default to BYPASS when disconnected from power.

Powered by 9V DC, centre negative, 2.1mm connection with a current draw of 15mA.
